University Housing
Southeastern's residential community is home to over 2,700 students. Residents live only a short walk or Lion Traxx ride to classroom buildings, the library, computer labs, dining locations, and the Student Union. A section of some residence halls are designated for special interest housing communities including students involved with Living Learning Communities, sororities and fraternities.

- Interested in becoming an RA? Join us Sepember 19th at 6PM in the Twelve Oaks Classroom to lear RA responsibilities and how to apply.

- The Spring 2024 Only application will open in the Housing Portal on October 1st.
- University Housing will be closed October 5th & 6th fro Fall Break.
